The AMG Maverick radon fan (our most popular fan) is available in white and fits 4" Fernco Couplers (also available for purchase—see couplers below). We recommend the Festa AMG Maverick for moderate-sized, newer homes or structures ranging between 500- 2200 sq. ft. with porous sub-slabs such as gravel.

Festa Radon ships same day for in stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm EST. All shipping prices are based on the forward operating base (FOB) Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066. Shipping will be by FedEx Ground unless alternatively specified and paid for.

Very easy to install. Runs very quiet. Reduced the radon level to .53 in the basement from a reading of 12.5

Improvement seen after the first week

I track the radon level in my basement continuously using an Airthings View Radon device. The 7 days before the Maverick installation the reading was 3.3 pCi/L; the 7days after the installation the reading was 1.4 pCi/L. I am very pleased with the reduction and will continue to monitor and compare pre and post readings.
I had a passive system already in place. Cutting the pipe and inserting the fan using the included installation kit was simple. I am expecting the system to operate successfully for several years.

This is the one we use for about 95 percent of all mitigation installations. As long as there's crushed stone under the slab, the Maverick does the job, and without using much energy.
